tidy place, staff are sweet, location is strategic. gorgeous breakfast, excellent service. the accommodation is in the heart of the town. furthermore, it's short walk to the pier and cafes and the centre of bowness.

Upscale hotel, we liked it. Every detail was fab, especially staff and location. Lots of meals for breakfast, including eggs, coffee, cakes, bread and fresh fruit.

Very clean and well-kept place. It's located off the beaten track. Caffe Riva, which can be found only 200 m away, was a fast dining option. Owner was friendly.
